Our bio engineered Tree grows 40 Ft in just 8 years. It produces a quality hardwood for many uses and applications. We cut our Tree and leave the roots in the ground. Remarkably our tree grows back in just 8 short years ! No need to wait 20 years for a tree harvest. ! We will plant specialty organic crops along with our Trees to maximize the yield per acre. It is a sustainable life form that will be there for generations to come. The larger leaf surface allows our bio engineered tree to capture CO-2 and other greenhouses gases from air, soil and water more rapidly. It produces one of man's most precious commodities " Oxygen " Life on earth could not survive without it. Our Tree will reduce the effects of "Global Warming " when planted in a large Agro Forest setting. Our hardwood will reduce the consumption of coal and CO-2 emissions in a wood/coal mixture. We will produce bio fuels from cellulose fibers into a wood alcohol mixture. Unlike certain crops trees do not compete with our food supply. This marvel of bio science will provide jobs across America. Industries like furniture, construction, housing and transportation are just a few that will benefit when we plant our trees in mass. Our marvel in bio science will provide jobs across America. Industries such as furniture, construction, housing and transportation are just a few that will benefit when we plant our trees in mass. The 'greenhouse effect' is the warming of climate that results when the atmosphere traps heat radiating from Earth toward space. Certain gases in the atmosphere resemble glass in a greenhouse, allowing sunlight to pass into the 'greenhouse,' but blocking Earth's heat from escaping into space. The gases that contribute to the greenhouse effect include water vapor, carbon dioxide (CO2), methane, nitrous oxides, and chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs). On Earth, human activities are changing the natural greenhouse. Over the last century the burning of fossil fuels like coal and oil has increased the concentration of atmospheric CO2. This happens because the coal or oil burning process combines carbon (C) with oxygen (O2) in the air to make CO2. To a lesser extent, the clearing of land for agriculture, industry, and other human activities have increased the concentrations of other greenhouse gases like methane (CH4), and further increased (CO2). The consequences of changing the natural atmospheric greenhouse are difficult to predict, but certain effects seem likely: - On average, Earth will become warmer. Some regions may welcome warmer temperatures, but others may not. - Warmer conditions will probably lead to more evaporation and precipitation overall, but individual regions will vary, some becoming wetter and others dryer. - A stronger greenhouse effect will probably warm the oceans and partially melt glaciers and other ice, increasing sea level. Ocean water also will expand if it ...

Roxy, Connor, and Maddie have moved into the new house. It's a very big house, so Connor wonders how they could afford it. Roxy tells him that Sara sent them money in the mail, just for being good friends. She's a famous actress now who is very rich, so she sent them quite a lot of simoleons. So then Roxy and Connor explore the house. The house is located all the way on the other side of Riverblossom Hills, over the river and bridge. But their friends will still visit often. It's a 3 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. 1 bathroom is downstairs, another 1 is in the master bedroom, while the last 1 is for Maddie when she's older. It's a 1 car garage with a driveway, a HUGE backyard, including a 9 acre field. They also have a large greenhouse where they can plant crops and other plants. They have a pool outback with a hot tub. They have a large dining room, kitchen, and living room. They also have a balcony upstairs, and another larger balcony meant to stand and view at the environment and it also leads to the downstairs pool area. There is a very tall tower outside, but they don't really know what it's for, or how to get up there. So, yeah. This is pretty much their dream house. NOTE: I DO NOT OWN ANY OF THE SONGS USED IN MY VIDEOS! THEY BELONG TO THE REAL ARTISTS! SOME OF THE SONGS I USE ARE FROM CDS I BOUGHT, BUT I DID NOT MAKE THE SONGS MYSELF! THANK YOU!

Winter 1, Year 1 - Awesome Music as Chelsea w/ Commentary [part 1/2] An introduction to Winter. Not much different than the other seasons, I think. Why do people think this season is boring? You still have lots of stuff to do: taking care of animals, foraging (white herbs only), befriending villagers, festivals, fishing, mining, chopping wood and breaking rocks. Just minus the crops (unless you have a greenhouse). And the title, well... Winter usually have great music. :D For videos as Mark (the boy), go to MrPavel503's videos: www.youtube.com Go to www.fogu.com for more info and help.
